Round 2 took me back to Taylorsville NC. I was actually close for this one since I stayed just outside of Hickory for the night. I had the rare joy of getting to shoot a race on Saturday as well as Sunday. Flat Rock is always a fun race to shoot.
Great weather once again ensured a comfortable day for me as well as the competitors. This one also brought a stacked 1st row and promised some intense racing. Paul Whibley won the Mideast race on Saturday and set out quickly to continue with another win here. I only shot the Mini ABC, Morning and Afternoon race so I apologize once again.
